At Hollow Socks, we want your feet to stay comfortable, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure all tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Place the unwashed and unworn socks back into their original sleeve or box, ensuring the package is securely sealed for transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Ship and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of arrival.
